Payments, Grants & Fees

Fees are payable weekly on the first day of attendance at nursery although arrangements can be made for payment to coincide with personal situations. Payments can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque or vouchers (see below). Up to 2 weeks per year can be paid as half fees if your child is on holiday.

Early Years Funding

Some 2 year old children, depending upon eligibility and all 3 and 4 year old children are entitled to free early education and childcare for 15 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. Additional hours can be accessed at a fee and will depend on availability. The 15 hours can be taken across a minimum of two days or can be used for morning or afternoon sessions. Additional to this and dependent upon the eligibility criteria, some children will qualify for 30hrs funding per week for 38 weeks of the year. This can be taken across a minimum of 3 days or used for sessional care.

Tax free childcare

Parents can also sign up to the Government’s scheme on Tax free childcare, making childcare more affordable for working parents/carers as the government pay a contribution towards costs. Further information can be found on

Childcare vouchers

We accept Fidelitti, Care4, Busy Bees, Computer Share, Suxedo and Kidsunlimited vouchers. The advantages to parents are reduced tax and national insurance contributions. Ask for further details.
